Transitioning into Fully Blended Learning: A Model for Faculty Blended Learning Adoption

Higher education institutions the world over is turning to Blended Learning (BL) as preferred teaching and learning delivery approach. However, attain campus-wide adoption requires an understanding of influencing factors that motivate academics towards in BL mode. Given this context, paper presents findings from a qualitative study investigates lived experiences they adopt for Ghanaian university. Adopting Grounded Theory methodology research within sequential design, data was collected multiple sources. Primary obtained in-depth interviews 22 carried out understand how construct navigate experiences. Secondary policy documents, faculty training signing sheets Management Systems (LMS) activity logs.
